Hi, I'm Sarah. I'm here to help you through every step of the homebuying and mortgage processes - whether you're a first-time homebuyer, transitioning into your forever home or renewing/refinancing an existing mortgage. I'll get you preapproved and help determine the mortgage amount for which you qualify, while ensuring you have everything in place on closing day and beyond.

I have a passion for helping people and making sure your mortgage is set up to meet your unique needs, both now and into the future. It's my goal to be your Mortgage Agent for life, getting to know your ever-evolving story and helping you save as much of your hard-earned money as possible throughout your time as a mortgage holder.

I understand that life happens - whether through illness, divorce or job loss - and that often means finding alternative financing solutions until you can fix blemished credit or pay off debt and return to traditional lending.

I know what it's like to raise a family (my husband and I are raising two incredible young ladies) and make adjustments along the way - whatever it takes to accommodate an evolving household.

I've been in banking and brokering for almost two decades, and enjoy the privilege of helping people transition from the dream of homeownership to becoming a first-time homebuyer and then purchasing their next dream home. Each step is as rewarding as the next as I get to experience the emotions through the eyes of my clients regardless of what life stage they've entered.
